dewacinta Privacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use dewacinta and how we keep that data protected. When you open an account, deposit via DANA or e-wallet, or wager on Liga 1 fixtures and live-dealer tables, you share information with us. We treat that information with care and follow strict protocols to prevent unauthorised access or misuse.
Our privacy policy covers the types of data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over your information. We also explain cookies, third-party processors, and your options if you want to review or delete your data. Read this page to understand our practices; if you have questions, our support team can explain further.
We believe transparency builds trust. Your personal information is not sold to advertisers, and we do not use it to market unrelated products. We collect only what we need to operate dewacinta safely and legally, and we delete it when we no longer need it.
What We Collect at dewacinta
Account information
When you register at dewacinta, we collect your full name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. We also ask for a government-issued ID (national ID or passport) to verify your identity. These are stored in our secure database and are used only to manage your account, comply with anti-money-laundering laws, and contact you about your account or service changes.
We do not ask for unnecessary personal details. We do not request your mother's maiden name, Social Security number, or financial information beyond what's needed to process payments. Your email and phone are used only for account notifications, password resets, and support communication — never for unsolicited marketing.
Payment and transaction data
When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), we record the transaction details: the date, amount, payment method, and status. We do not store your full bank account number or mobile banking PIN. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors who comply with PCI DSS standards for payment security.
We retain transaction records for at least three years to comply with financial regulations and to investigate disputes if they arise. You can view your transaction history anytime in your dewacinta account. If you request a data deletion, we will remove personal data but may retain transaction records for regulatory compliance.
Gameplay and wager data
We record which games you play, which markets you wager on (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Champions League, live baccarat, slots, etc.), your bet amounts, and game outcomes. This data helps us prevent fraud, detect problem patterns, and improve our game offerings. We also use it to troubleshoot technical issues and settle disputes over bet outcomes.
Gameplay data is linked to your account and is never shared publicly. We do not broadcast your wagers, wins, or losses. We do not use individual gameplay data to target you with marketing. This information is kept private and accessible only to you and our support / compliance teams.
Data we collect
- Account details: name, date of birth, address, email, phone, ID document
- Payment information: transaction records (not full bank details or PINs)
- Gameplay records: games played, wagers, outcomes, market history
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, access logs

Technical and security data
Our servers log your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system when you access dewacinta. We use this data to detect fraud, prevent unauthorised account access, and troubleshoot technical problems. We also keep access logs to identify suspicious activity — for example, multiple failed login attempts or rapid account changes.
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to maintain your login session, remember your preferences (language, game filters), and measure how you use our platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some dewacinta features may not work without them. Third-party analytics services (Google Analytics) may also set cookies to understand traffic patterns, but they do not collect sensitive data like passwords or payment information.
How We Use Your Data and Your Rights
How we use your information at dewacinta
We use your data for five main purposes: (1) to operate your account and process your deposits and withdrawals; (2) to prevent fraud, money laundering, and account takeover; (3) to comply with legal obligations, such as know-your-customer (KYC) rules and tax reporting; (4) to resolve disputes and settle bets fairly; and (5) to improve our platform and game offerings.
We do not use your data to sell to third parties, to profile you for targeted advertising, or to share with unrelated companies. We do not sell your email list to marketers. If you opt into promotional emails, those are sent only by dewacinta, not by third parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email.
Some data processing is done by third-party service providers — for example, our payment processor handles DANA and e-wallet transactions, our hosting provider manages our servers (which may sit outside Indonesia), and our analytics provider tracks website traffic. These processors are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Your rights over your data on dewacinta
You have several rights regarding your personal data. You can request access to all data we hold about you — we'll provide a complete record of your account information, transaction history, and gameplay logs. You can also request that we correct inaccurate information (for example, if your address is wrong) or delete your account entirely.
To exercise these rights, contact our support team with your account email and a clear description of what you're requesting. We respond within one business day for access requests and within five business days for deletion requests. Be aware that if you request account deletion, we must retain transaction records for regulatory compliance, but we will remove all personal identifiers (name, address, phone) that are no longer needed.
If you believe we have misused your data or violated privacy regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. If you're in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, you can contact relevant Indonesian regulatory bodies. We will cooperate fully with any investigation.
Data security and retention
We protect your data using encryption (TLS/SSL for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest), access controls, and regular security audits. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled by PCI DSS-compliant processors. We do not share your data across unsecured connections.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we keep transaction records for three years for regulatory compliance, then delete them. We delete cookies when your session ends (or after a set period for preference cookies). Technical logs (IP addresses, access times) are kept for one year then automatically purged.
Our servers may be located outside Indonesia. Data transferred internationally is protected by encryption and contractual guarantees that receiving processors follow Indonesian data-protection standards. If you have concerns about data location, contact our support team — we can explain our specific processor locations and security measures. If you disagree with our practices, you have the right to close your account and request all data deletion.
